The Hope Kiwanis Club heard from Detective Todd Lauterbach Tuesday September 3rd concerning sex offenders. Detective Lauterbach and Detective Eric Zimmer coordinate with the sex offenders in Hope that have to register with the Hope Police Department. He noted there are 48 sex offenders in Hope, 9 of which are incarcerated. He also explained the levels of sex offenders. Pictured is Kiwanians Lt.
