Historic Building Has Work Done

Work was being done Monday on an old building on South Elm downtown between Division & 2nd. The building for many years housed the Ladies Specialty Shop. The building was later the home of Willis Financial Services and the law practice of Keith Wood. The facade had cedar-shake type front. That has been removed showing the old windows. The workman leaning out the window is standing on a balcony in the building.
