Phillips Honored By Relay For Life

Stina Brown who works with various county Relay for Life groups in our region presented Dave Phillips with the "Purple Heart" award Wednesday October 1st during the Chamber Coffee in Hope hosted by Relay for Life. Phillips has been active with the Relay locally since it started.
