Heather Manor Hosts Chamber Coffee In Honor Of National Nursing Home Week

The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee on Wednesday May 13th was hosted by Heather Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation at 400 West 23rd off highway 29 south. This was part of their celebration of National Nursing Home week.
