The Hope /Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon - cutting Thursday February 19th for El Rinconcito. The new restaurant is owned and managed by Maria Juanes. It is located at 1100 North Hervey next to Hog Wash. The restaurant features authentic Mexican food and those attending enjoyed some wonderful food before going back to work
