Hope Water & Light Introduces Steve Saum

Hope Water & Light held a public reception for their new General Manager Steve Saum and his wife Beth Thursday July 10th at the Water & Light office.  Saum comes to Hope from Danville, Virginia where he was Director of Utilities.
