Hope Kiwanis Club Hears Judge Randy Wright

The Hope Kiwanis Club heard from one of their own Tuesday June 17th. Circuit Judge Randy Wright called his program a "civics lesson". It was on "The Rule of Law" and detailed how judges make their rulings and also explained some of the legal ethics to which they are obligated.
