Hope Police Offer Hope High Students Program On Impaired Driving

Member of the Hope Police Department presented a program to seniors at Hope High Thursday April 24th about the dangers of impaired driving during the prom season. The officers showed the students a video and then took them out to the football field for an impaired driving demonstration. The students took turns driving through an obstacle course while wearing goggles that simulated various stages of intoxication. Here students Jonathan Palmer and Channing Kight don their goggles and prepare to drive the course under the watchful eye of Detective Andrew Watson of the Hope Police Department
