Hope Lions Inducts New Member And Honors Another Member For 25 Years Of Membership

The Hope Lions Club welcomed a new member Monday April 14th.  J.T. Nurmohamed recently joined the club and was officially sworn in by Lion John Collier.  J.T. is the manager of Apex Communications which is the A.T.& T. store in the Hervey Square Shopping Center.  His wife Heather was on hand for the meeting to watch him being sworn in.  Joining J.T. is his sponsor Lion Mark Keith.

    A Lion was honored for 25 years of membership Monday April 14th; however, the award was about 3 years late!  Lion Keith Wood was due a 25 year membership award in 2011.  At the time, he was working in Kosevo.  Wood recently returned home and opened a law office on North Hervey and has resumed active membership in the club.  Lion John Collier made sure Wood received his citation from 2011.
