The Hope Kiwanis Club heard from Kevin Smith who is a coach with the Wildcat Football League. The league was founded to allow local youngsters to play together to help build their sense of teamwork as they advance further in school-sponsored football. This year they have 28 3rd and 4th graders, 12 5th graders, and 19 6th graders. The teams play against Broken Bow, Nashville, Ashdown, and DeQueen this year. The team opens their season this Saturday (9-14) in Broken Bow
