Oklahoma Bluegrass legend Bill Grant made his first Hope appearance Saturday at the Chamber's Winter Bluegrass Show. Grant hails from Hugo, Oklahoma where he staged the first Bluegrass festival west of the Mississippi River beginning in the late 1960's. He operated that festival for many years and will produce a Bluegrass show inside Hugo's "Ag Plex" in March. The singer has toured all over the United States as well as many foreign countries
