The Hope /Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting January 30th for Back On The Rack. The store is located at 1321 South Main and is owned by Jill Samuels. The consignment store has clothes, shoes, and accessories for the entire family. The store also features home decor, Beauty Control, Scentsey, and other items as well.
