Historic Washington State Park hosted the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee on Halloween at Williams Tavern Restaurant in the park. In addition to the great food prepared by the Williams Tavern staff and free surrey rides, visitors were treated to some costumed staffers.
