The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting Thursday July 12th for The Hope Country Club/Restaurant La' Louisianne. The facility was recently acquired by the Soeller family. The Soellers have done extensive renovations at the country club. This includes opening the swimming pool. The restaurant is open to the public for lunch Tuesday through Sunday and for supper Tuesday through Saturday. Restaurant La' Louisianne features New Orleans, Italian, and American cuisine. The Hope Country Club/Restaurant La' Louisianne is located on the Patmos Road
