Hundreds of people enjoyed the "balloon glow" Saturday June 2nd as part of the annual "Balloons of Hope" festival held in Fair Park. The threat of rain grounded the balloons Friday night but Saturday brought perfect weather. Three balloons were inflated in Legion Field while a fourth took riders for tethered rides in another part of the park.
