The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held its third ribbon-cutting of 2012 on Tuesday February 7th. The ribbon-cutting was for Scarlet and Mike Brown, the new owners of Dos Loco Gringos. Ther popular eatery has seen extensive redecorating and also has won wide acclaim for their steaks which come from Barry's Grocery in Hope
