The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ground breaking ceremony Friday December 2nd for the new Hampton Inn to be built on US 278. The project is a partnership between Gary Chambless and Jason Prejean. The hotel will be three stories, will feature seventy rooms, meeting rooms and am indorr swimming pool. Construction is dure to begin Monday December 5th and the project is projected to be finished in the fall of 2012.
