The Mayors and the Judge offered a joint proclamation honoring State Representative Bubba Powers, Senator Larry Teague, and Senator Steve Harrelsonm. The honor came Thursday June 2nd at the Legislative Appreciation Dinner sponsored by the Arkansas Coalition for Affordable and Reliable Energy in the WPA Gym at Washington.
