Hope Mayor Dennis Ramsey declared January 30th through February 5th "Clergy Appreciation Week" in Hope in his first mayoral proclamation of 2011. The proclamation came at the request of the Hope Civitan Club who will honor local clergy witha special program Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
