The Hempstead County Courthouse Officals Hosted The Chamber Coffee Thursday December 9th. A ceremony was held to honor retiring Circuit Clerk Carolyn Neel (shown here with County Judge Wallace Martin). Judge Martin noted Neel's contibutions over her many years of service. Her staff surprised her with a trip to Branson.
