Kiwanians Hear From Repha Buckman & Southwest Arkansas Arts Council

The Hope Kiwanis Club heard from Repha Buckman of the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council Tuesday September 7th. Also on hand was Warren Lampe who manned the power pont projector.
