Balloons Of Hope

The best crowd ever turned out to see nine hot air balloons Friday and Saturday at the 8th annual "Balloons of Hope" festival at Fair Park. There was plenty of music, vendors, food, and kids activities in addition to the thrills of the lawn mower races in the rodeo arena.
