The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Slade's Barber Shop on West 2nd on Tuesday November 24th. Slade Bissell has opened the former Joe Rateliff Barber Shop after extensive renovations. Haircuts are $9, Buzz Cuts $6!
