Josh Williams at Lions for Historic Washington

Josh Williams of Historic Washington State Park spoke to the Hope Lions Club on Monday. He showed the club a presidential ballot from 1860. The Lions were surpised to know Abraham Lincoln, the winner of the 1860 election, wasn't on the ballot in Arkansas.
