United Way Hosts Coffee

The Hempstead County United Way kicked off its 2009 drive with a Chamber Coffee on August 20th. This year the organization hopes to raise $88,000. The theme is "Live United". Over 99% of the funds raised stay in our community to aid 13 local agencies.
