Balloons Take to the Air at Dusk

The Senator Lloyd Spencer Balloon Races began Friday night with a balloon glow at dusk at Hope's Fair Park. It is hoped the balloons can launch later in the day Saturday after the rain stops. Events will include a balloon glow at dusk Saturday.
