How Many Pies Will It Make?

While we're more used to folks stopping by the Chamber with big watermelons we were quite impressed on the final day of summer to see this 7 pound and several ounce sweet potato grown by Judith Scobey.  The specimen was grown on highway 29 south and certainly would make a few pies!
