Author To Sign New Book In Hope

What do the Gurdon Light, the "Hoo-Hoo's", "Old Mike", and Hope, Arkansas have in common?  Well they all play a part in the new book by Charity Meeks Lowdermilk called "The Fifth Rule".  The new book is fiction but is full of references to places, people, and organizations those of us in southwest Arkansas hold dear.  Lowdermilk will be signing copies of the new book Saturday October 11th at the Hope Visitor's Information Center, the former Missouri Pacific Depot in downtown Hope from 10am until 2pm
