Arkansas Rehabilitation Hosts Coffee In Honor Of Freddie Smith's Retirement

The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Community Coffee on Wednesday September 24th was hosted by Arkansas Rehabilitation in honor of the retirement of Freddie Smith. Smith is retiring after 37 years. Smith will continue his work as a minister.
