Pat Bright Rhoads Of BeDazzled Completes "Welcome To Arkansas" Training

Pat Bright Rhoads of BeDazzled successfully completed the "Welcome To Arkansas" hospitality training offered by the Arkansas Hospitality Association and sponsored locally by the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce.  Rhoads knows something about hospitality and tourism for Hope as she is a member of the Bright family whose world-record watermelons have brought worldwide fame to Hope.
