Josh Williams Gives Kiwanis Election Results

Josh Williams of Historic Washington State Park gave the Hope Kiwanis Club election results on election day...but they weren't from 2008. Williams told the club about the 1860 election which was won by Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln wasn't on the ballot in ten southern states including Arkansas but still won the election.
